Refund Policy

Welcome to Emplifive, a product developed by EMERGE Group! Please read, understand, and agree to our Refund Policy (“Policy”) before using our platform.

We offer specific terms to you as a consumer such as free trials, refunds and partial refunds, that are set out in this policy, to protect your rights as a consumer and give you peace of mind that our services will meet the expectations set out in our Terms of Service.

Definitions

For the purposes set out in this policy:

  • “Buyer” refers to brands, marketing agencies or businesses who create campaigns and campaign tasks, and engage Sellers for their services through the Emplifive platform.
  • “Seller” refers to marketing service providers, agencies, or creators who provide services and fulfil campaign tasks initiated by Buyers.

Refunds for Recurring Subscriptions

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions: While we do not offer refunds for our monthly subscriptions, we do offer a free trial prior to prompting you for a paid subscription plan with us. Should you not wish to renew your monthly subscription, you may cancel it before the next billing cycle. Otherwise, if you have already been billed for your subscription for the month, you are not eligible for any refunds for the subscription of that month. You can continue using Emplifive until the end of the month as you have already paid for the subscription.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions: Renewal of Annual subscription cancelled within 30 days from the date of payment qualify for a full refund if the subscription term has not started. If the subscription term has started, a partial refund is available for all fees except the fee due for the current month of the new term.

1.3 Should there be a mistake on our end (like charging you more than we should), we will gladly correct it and refund the extra amount.

Refunds for Marketplace Transactions

2.1 If a Seller fails to complete a task, the funds intended for them will be refunded to the Buyer. If a Seller does not finish all agreed tasks by the set deadline, they will not be paid and the total amount will be refunded to the Buyer.

2.2 In situations where the Buyer has concerns with the completed task by a Seller, and the dispute remains unresolved between both parties, Emplifive will mediate. The resolution provided by Emplifive will be deemed final and binding.

Process for Requesting Refunds

3.1 To request a refund, reach out to us at support@emplifive.com within one week of the task deadline. Provide the reason and any evidence that supports your claim.

Refund Payment Method and Timeline

4.1 Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and currency, typically within 30 to 45 days.

Refund Based on Currency

5.1 If you request a refund, it will be processed in the same currency used for the original payment, based on the checkout rate at the time of purchase. This ensures that the refund amount remains consistent with what you originally paid, protecting you from potential losses due to currency fluctuations.

Account Closure

6.1 In the event a user closes their account, any pending refund requests will be considered forfeited.

Partial Refunds

7.1 We do not offer partial refunds given the current juncture. Sellers are required to complete all deliverables agreed upon with Buyers at the point of engagement in order to receive payment.

Promotional Offers

8.1 If a promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid, instead of the original full price.

Administrative Fees

9.1 Please note that we may deduct administrative fees from any refund amount.

General

10.1 We reserve the right to update this Policy as needed. Changes will take effect upon posting on the Emplifive platform.
